While I’m truly pleased to hear that you enjoyed our magnifique breakfast, the friendly service from our team, the welcome bubbles, and our ideal location, I’m equally sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Your feedback regarding the condition of the room and bathroom, including the air conditioning, furnishings, and cleanliness, is genuinely appreciated. We are currently in discussions with our owners for future capital enhancements Your note on the check-in delays and the value perception in the restaurant has also been shared with our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams for immediate review.
