Used as a stopover to break up journey. Booked a family room for 4 (1 x double & twin camp beds for our teenagers). Rooms perfectly adequate clean & enough space considering 4 of us in there. Bathroom clean & plenty of towels (Shower & sink is separate to the toilet which was helpful). All public area spacious, plenty of seating & good atmosphere. Reception staff were excellent & went over & above to assist.

Electronic apps rather than customer service

Recently stopped for business. I have been using this hotel for the last 20 years. A bit over priced but it’s location is great for my business. However over the last 6 to 12 months the move to electronic apps and young people who can’t do anything unless there is a button the app is progressively infuriating. I can’t book you a table in the restaurant you will have to use the QR code and do it yourself. I can’t serve you a small salad for a starter because there is no button for a small salad, only a button for a big salad. Aaaaaahhhhhh!! Customer service none exist at. Alternatively you could go across the road for a beer and a snack at the micro beer bar that is a small entrepreneurial establishment that has hundreds of products they are happy to sell you. All of high quality and served with a smile without apps and corporate governance. A 40 minute taxi ride into the city is looking increasingly likely for future trips.

Nothing to say. Service always nice from arrival to departure. I'd the feeling to be the guest in center of attentions. If I had to mention a dark point it should be someting minor for me : please propose Ham et casual cheese in slice for Breakfast;

Easy to access and park, very comfortable rooms but clearly not applying Covid sanitary measures (no pass control, no distancing, buffet without gel or separate serving tools...). A couple plugs more in the room would be great.

This hotel is conveniently placed near Lyon Bron small airport, quite convenient for business meetings. Our room was clean at our arrival, but we had the bad surprise to discover later it was not planned to be cleaned during our 3 days stay, and we had to complain: the hotel staff tried to push us not to have our room cleaned because "if we don't clean the room, we help to perform hearth surgery on needing childen, you do want to help children, don't you?". The Accor group is not widely know to be humanists, so I surmise the hidden agenda for this "humanitarian action" is to save a lot of money from room cleaning and to divert only a very small part of those savings for humanitarian actions. Such strong arming in trying to force customers to have their room not cleaned under the false pretense of humanitarian action was not acceptable.
