A fuir, l’hôtel est abominable, chambre sans salle de bain, très mal fréquenté. On est parti directement a l’hôtel juste à côté qui est neuf avec un personnel super sympa. J’ai tout de même appelé pour prévenir que je ne resterai pas, je suis tombé sur une femme vraiment très désagréable qui m’a assuré que l’hôtel était super, qu’elle lisait les avis tous les jours et que tout allait bien… je vous laisse juger de cela en lisant les autres commentaires.

Un hôtel le plus honteux, celui qui ne met pas en lumière Lyon pour la fête des lumières caca dans la douche, chambre de bonne annulation de réservation sans même me téléphoner. Trafic de tout et n’importe quoi. Je ne serai que dire rien ne va dans cette hôtel. Pire, la secrétaire complètement dans le déni, ne se rend même pas compte qu’elle travaille dans un hôtel juste de passe il est très mal situé dans les quartiers, d’après ce que j’ai pu entendre dire de fréquentable, sans vouloir porter de faux jugement. Vous garderez tout de même votre serviette à trois euros en souveni en torchon pour la vaisselles. J’ai posé un ultimatum au directeur pour me téléphoner. Je vous tiendrais informer le groupe Accor est avisée Dans tous les cas, c’est établissement est totalement hors de contrôle et ne peut appartenir à un tel groupe Cordialement et bon courage

Awful area, drove into the car park and straight out again! I think this is possibly where migrants are being housed....I'm sure my partner and I would have woken up minus our teeth and with our car on bricks. AVOID. I have stayed in a few F1's before and never had a problem so didn't even think to check Tripadvisor. Won't be making that mistake again!!

We often stay at F1 hotels to break a long journey but this one seemed to be being used as b&b accommodation for homeless people/asylum seekers. Kids running wild. The staff were pleasant in the middle of it all but it was not an enjoyable stay.

This is not a hotel but a hostel the first thing you notice is a foul smell which pervades the whole building. I checked in online so this was confirmed and we were handed a code for our door, along with a small hand towel. in the room there was no carpet the window and radiator in disrepair and harsh strip lighting. The room was nearby the toilets and showers but suffice to say I wouldn't even entertain a shower or sitting on the toilet. All night it seemed that Tobacco smoke was being funneled through the air conditioning and I was constantly awoken with the noise of people walking past and talking at reception. I couldn't wait to get out and the only saving grace was that the tram station was about 150 yards away. How they had the audacity to charge about €90 is beyond me. it's quite a bit out of the centre. Look elsewhere. All in all thoroughly disappointed...
