Good Hotel which does get quite busy. We tried the restaurant in the evening and were actually really surprised that the food was so good. Breakfast was a little disappointing but mainly because the hotel had a large group of business people. Enjoyed our stay and within four or so hours from Calais and not much more than an hour from Disneyland Paris.

We stay regularly at this hotel and the staff are always very friendly and helpful - my french is not perfect and their English is much better. All staff acknowledge you witha friendly greeting at any time of the day or evening.

Extremely expensive, staff were not helpful and the Accor membership system seemed a,Ken to them. We booked in online the day before, although had a reservation for months prior. The rooms were not ready upon arrival and the response was ‘wel we are fully booked you know - you will have to wait’. It took at least 2 hours! Food good, room great as usual and very clean but very noisy with kids running through the corridors til late at night. It cost nearly £200 per room for 2 people!! Ouch!

The hotel seems like a motel and the rooms are very dated. AC is controlled by the hotel and cannot be adjusted (only increase the temperature)). The air vent is about 25cm by 5cm! Room was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep. Restaurant was fully booked. We wanted to order but could not eat in the bar area outside. Only in our room! Ridiculous Location is fine. About 20 minutes from the centre of Orleans. We paid 250€ for a room with sofa bed for the kids. At best, this hotel is 3 stars and definitely not worth the cost

The only positive about this hotel is the location. Aside from that I can’t think of anything good to say. Our family stayed on the way back from a holiday in the south. On arrival we ate in the restaurant. The food was poor and overpriced. My fish was hideously undercooked. I sent it back only to be presented with the same cut up piece heated again. The plate was then left under a heat lamp for several minutes whilst staff ignored it. The resulting warm side salad didn’t improve the experience. We then went back to one of the noisiest rooms I have ever stayed in. People were shouting just outside until gone midnight. On the second call to reception they appeared to do something about it but slamming doors started at just after 6am to ensure we got little sleep. The rooms are also tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. I was hoping for a relaxing stopover on the way home. With hindsight I wish I’d just continued driving. It is little wonder that the reception staff don’t ask whether you have enjoyed the stay.
