This is my second stay here. The hotel is very close to the airport and is very well-priced. The beds are a bit hard and the pillows uncomfortable but what really makes me happy is how helpful and friendly the staff are here! For me, that compensates it all! Special to Gloria and Jeane who were on service when I was there. Also, Jeane listened to me when I told her that I was Celiac which means that I am allergic to gluten and helped me with food choices. I come often to France for work so I will def come stay here again!

problem with online booking system

i had problem while i was making online booking as i had error after i gave my credit card no for payment approval this caused double booking after lots of effort i could manage to cancel the double booking and claim for refund

Location was good for exhibition and had shutte bus and restaurant was good but a little pricy, no other restauarants round hotel. NO AIR CON on my stay and it was really hot, last night worked but still not enough, if you want cool room and its summer then you may not want to pick hotel, did provide a fan for room.

Nice hotel, not so good neighborhood

Hotel was nice, but during the breakfast hot stuff was missing and the servers were not able to anticipate and refill it on-time. Additionally in reception I wanted to pay, but I received information that it will be taken from my credit card as I was making the reservation using it. No money were taken and now I have to waste my time to make it.

I've stayed in many Accor hotels and have come to expect a quality stay from a Mercure. This hotel, sadly, let's the name down. The location, whilst not pleasant, is convenient and of course, can not be addressed. However, the issues in the hotel are (some of which follow) are inexcusable, such as: dirty toilet, feeling the springs through the mattress, dirty liquid stains on the bedroom walls, the previous occupant's left over socks and hair bobble were found next to the bed and finally ants on the breakfast table and many many more.
