Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre environnement, ainsi que la piscine. Notre domaine bénéficie en effet d’un cadre privilégié, auquel nous souhaitons offrir une expérience à la hauteur de son potentiel. Nous sommes en revanche sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Vos remarques concernant la lenteur de l’accueil, l’attitude de certains membres de notre équipe en restauration ainsi que les possibilités de profiter de la terrasse ont bien été prises en compte. La qualité de l’accueil et l’attention portée à nos clients sont essentielles à nos yeux, et nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas ressenti cette attention lors de votre venue. Nous prenons également bonne note de votre commentaire concernant l’état de nos chambres.
