Not a 4 star hotel. Rooms look tired. Pleased it was a 2 night stay only. Great for accessing the metro. Help desk useful. Breakfasts I recommend. Hints * ask for further assistance help desk re changing rooms * ask for help with wifi I moved to another hotel so I could enjoy my time in Paris

Resepsiyona ne sorsak yok diye cevap verdi . Ayrıca welcome drink sadece cola, fanta vs dendi ki diger otelkerde mesala Operada sarap ikram edilmiştin. Kat görevlisi cok kabaydi . Odadayken gelip temizlik yapmak istedi ve sonra gelemeyeceğini söyledi.

Dear Mrs. S., Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are deeply sorry that your experience did not meet the high standards of service and quality we strive to provide at our hotel. We apologize for the confusion regarding the welcome drink. It seems that you may have made your request during the bar's closing hours, as our bar is closed on Friday evenings and Saturdays. However, you would have been able to enjoy a glass of wine during the bar’s opening hours. Outside of these hours, we offer a selection of beverages through our M-Shop, including sodas, fruit juices, water, and beer, which we hope could have met your needs. We also sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding with our housekeeping team. The housekeeper was simply trying to confirm your check-out time in order to clean the room while you were away, so as not to disturb you. However, we deeply regret the poor communication from our side, and we apologize for how this was conveyed. We understand that it may have come across as aggressive, which is completely contrary to the level of service we wish to offer our guests. We truly regret any discomfort this may have caused. We sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service and hospitality we aim to provide. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and assure you that we are committed to offering you the highest level of comfort and service. The hotel is close to metro station porte d’ orleans line 4 and also RER station Genilly is not too far. Privilege room has nespresso and free drinks in mini bar. Staff is very nice and helpful. Especially the lady who speaks a few words Dutch. Great service.

Tired, run down. Fixtures and fittings felt loose and wonky. I stayed on floor 7 rm 708. FYI this has views down to the bin area. At night the lights will be bright if anyone goes to the bins so make sure you fully shut any gaps in the curtains. I stayed there from July 8 - July 11 2024. The phone didn’t work to call reception. Few staff so queuing at reception (due to non working phone) was long. Some staff very friendly and helpful but others looked and sounded like they didn’t want to be there. I had planned to eat in the restaurant but changed my mind considering the smell of stagnant water in the lobby and dusty rooms. No ironing board provided when I asked to borrow an iron. Cheap nasty thin toilet paper, which we had to ration as housekeeping didn’t provide extra despite being visibly low . Complimentary bottle of water in fridge, don’t make the mistake of leaving it out on the side half used else housekeeping will throw it out. Water proof material protector was like a sheet of plastic. Not breathable, uncomfortable feeling through the sheets and made me feel sweaty during the night. Absolutely ripped off considering it’s meant to be a 4 start hotel. Not a pleasant experience at all. It was useful to able to get Netflix through the TV.

I have been there a few times now to work and this may become my staple place! I went to the cafe to meet someone for work and feel like I tripped into this gem. It’s clean, relaxed, warm, with great food, coffee, tea available… one of my favorite added touches is the infused water they offer. A special kudos to Samia who was so kind and attentive. While I’m in Paris this will be my work space for sure!
