Resepsiyona ne sorsak yok diye cevap verdi . Ayrıca welcome drink sadece cola, fanta vs dendi ki diger otelkerde mesala Operada sarap ikram edilmiştin. Kat görevlisi cok kabaydi . Odadayken gelip temizlik yapmak istedi ve sonra gelemeyeceğini söyledi.

Dear Mrs. S., Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are deeply sorry that your experience did not meet the high standards of service and quality we strive to provide at our hotel. We apologize for the confusion regarding the welcome drink. It seems that you may have made your request during the bar's closing hours, as our bar is closed on Friday evenings and Saturdays. However, you would have been able to enjoy a glass of wine during the bar’s opening hours. Outside of these hours, we offer a selection of beverages through our M-Shop, including sodas, fruit juices, water, and beer, which we hope could have met your needs. We also sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding with our housekeeping team. The housekeeper was simply trying to confirm your check-out time in order to clean the room while you were away, so as not to disturb you. However, we deeply regret the poor communication from our side, and we apologize for how this was conveyed. We understand that it may have come across as aggressive, which is completely contrary to the level of service we wish to offer our guests. We truly regret any discomfort this may have caused. We sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service and hospitality we aim to provide. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and assure you that we are committed to offering you the highest level of comfort and service.
