Good hotel with ideal access to the Paris metro. Overall the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The cleaning staff did a good job a the two ladies at breakfast were friendly and efficient as were the front office team. A less touristy area which we found to be a positive.

Unpleasant, stressful stay, would not recommend.

After reading many positive reviews, we were the unlucky couple to have a horrible experience. Our first night was repeatedly disturbed by noisy neighbors, and after calling reception to report it, we were told that another guest had also complained, and someone would be sent up to address the issue. Unfortunately, the noise continued from 9 PM until after 1 AM. Frustrated and exhausted, I went down to the front desk to request a room change, as we were unable to sleep due to the inconsiderate guests. The front desk assistant seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, offering only a smaller, downgraded room with no balcony—just a small, slanted window. Desperate for rest on our holiday, we reluctantly agreed to move rooms at 1:15 AM. The assistant also told us to speak with the day manager for a refund and a free breakfast. The downgraded room was disappointing: it had no fridge, no safe, peeling paint, a loud bathroom extractor fan, and very dim lighting. The following day, none of the front desk staff seemed aware of what had happened and claimed that we had chosen to move rooms voluntarily. When we checked out, the staff again denied any knowledge of the promised refund. After filing a formal complaint, we finally received a €90 refund—three weeks later. Overall, it was a stressful and unpleasant way to end our trip to Paris. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel with amazing workers Jean-Baptist and Maureen was extremely helpful Amazing breakfast, room was very clean and the bed was comfortable The location is perfect Also there are nice restaurants around Hopefully coming back next year

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and the highlight was the wonderful team who went beyond for my mom’s birthday. Maureen and JB were truly amazing, they helped organize lovely decorations and a delicious cake to make her day extra special. Their attention to detail. Every staff member was friendly, but Maureen and JB were standouts. The thoughtful touches and seamless service made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for special occasions. Can’t thank the team enough!

Well located hotel, few steps away from Metro line 4 which connects you to Paris’ center and gare du nord and gare de l’Est. Rooms are nice and quiet. Breakfast buffet is awesome with organic and homemade products such as pies, toasts and more. The hotel also has a nice co-working area that allows guests to work during the day without having to stay in their room. Fast internet also makes it easier. Highly recommended!
