Difficulty initially finding car park, not well signposted. The exterior of the hotel is lovely, lots of green plants clean and welcoming. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, we had room 207, near the hotels aircon, so noisy and we were unable to open the window. Hotel empty compared to the Novotel next door which was busy.

A perfectly located hotel right in the city centre. It has its own parking in a secure garage underneath the hotel. It's quite tight in there and we were very lucky to get a space. It's quite expensive at €26 per night. Our room was comfortable, the decor was dated but everything was functional. Tea and coffee was provided but only decaff coffee. We went to have a look at the pool, which looked great! We didn't have time to use it, unfortunately! The gym was large too, although the equipment was dated. Water was provided in the room, which was lovely. We really enjoyed in Andorra!

On July 22, 2023 I was at the Novotel hotel and I loved it, the spa was in the other hotel you have to cross the street, and I went in the morning it was quiet, and I loved it, the girl in the morning is super nice ! he has a very sweet voice. Charming and very attentive, thanks again! And restaurant some waiters 10 out of 10. The masseuse is a bit I don't know anything... and the fault was the Turkish bath, but we didn't care much because of the friendliness of the spa girl. and hotel to renovate..

A really relaxing mini break in an Andorra top hotel

This was a returning visit to this hotel. As we have status with Accor, we were upgraded to a room overlooking the river. The hotel staff were great, and suggested some shopping venues. We also visited the circ de solar and had a great evening The hotel also features a large pool and spa area Breakfast was buffet style, with a generous selection of hot and cold food. Can't fault the stay. 10 out of 10

Really disappointing

Misses the mark at every point. It may have been a 4 star when it was built but it hits at 2 star now, tired and dated. The best thing is the roof terrace, it is a beautiful area, with incredible views, which would be lovely to enjoy on a sunny day like today, however apparently it’s shut till 5pm? Which is not written anywhere? It says it’s dog friendly however, they can only go in the room. So our anniversary weekend away has been spent mostly separately, eating breakfast separately and using the roof terrace. We were woken up by a dog in another room barking nonstop, while presumably, the owner left the dog alone in the room to go eat breakfast. Just generally disappointing. Andorra is stunning though

We are sorry to read that during your stay, you had some incidents, which contributed to, that your stay was not as pleasant as expected. We are a "dog friendly" hotel, but it is true that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and spa. This decision has been taken because these are a sensitive areas, and we felt it was the right thing to do for all customers. The clients are informed that it is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room at any time, but, as you must understand operationally for the Hotel, it is a difficult situation to control. Regarding the spa, our opening hours are Sunday to Thursday from 10h15 to 14h00 and 17h00 to 20h45 and Friday and Saturday 09h30 to 21h30. We will contact the Wellness department and check, if they have the information visible to all customers. Once again we regret the successive incidents suffered during your stay and for this reason, please accept our sincere apologies from the entire Prestigi Hotels team. Kind Regards Daniela Barbosa
