Traditional hotel with large suites and great views

Large, traditional hotel. The decor is very 90s Marriott conference centre. That said, rooms were clean and comfortable. The family room, which we were upgraded into as part of my Accor status, was a rather large suite with inclusive mini bar (beer, cava, juice, water). Breakfast very elaborate with generous hot buffet. Expansive spa and indoor pool area on the roof level, with sauna and steam room, though heavily occupied with families and young kids. Paddle courts on the roof with additional seating for sunning and mountain views. Not a particularly premium in feel, but the clean standard and kind service would lead me to come back in future if the price were right.

This is a very agreeable and convenient hotel right in the heart of Andorra La Vella, with a bus stop just outside (La Roda bus stop) that pretty much all bus lines stop at. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at the front desk, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and well-ordered. The style of the hotel is classic and restrained, it has a certain character which I found very agreeable. There is a great spa that is free for guests. Yes, some aspects of the rooms could be modernised, eg there need to be more plugs to charge mobile phones, and there could be more lighting in the rooms, but these are minor quibbles. I very much look forward to returning!

I tried to do my evaluation through Accor. It seems that they delete (or not publish) commentaries below their expectations. I hope I can now through Tripadvisor. The reservation process was easy through the App. Communication with the Hotel not so easy, answers delayed in weeks, containing little useful information. We got a room for 3 adults and a 13 y old (1 m 85cm). The so called deluxe room with 2 beedrooms is a room in which two sofa beds are loctaed (in military standard, not in a hotel standard). Asking for bathrobes for the third adult was viewed as an insult by the desk, and not made possible at all. the room was big, smelly, with out-to-date bathroom and only 1, yes, ONE spot of light in the room. This is not useful in 2024 for the standard of 4 persons. asking for a multi-spot was answered with a clear no, as they get stolen... The SPA is nice, but used and frequented as a kid swimming pool, with the jumps & shouts expected in a kids swimming pool. I understand that kids need leisure activities, and we have 3 kids... but the SPA is not the place for it. Same in the breakfast room, you have to take queues because some parents are making sandwiches for the whole family to take to the slopes. Again, if this is desired, make it possible and help these families. If not, please enforce it. As a whole, even with a very good location, this is not the place where you want to be relaxing after ski with adults or grown-up kids. Definitely outdated, too expensive for what they offer and not to the expected Accor-standard.

Well maintained 4 star hotel. A perfectly located hotel right in the town centre. 10 minutes walk to busses from Barcelona.Spacious room and bathroom.Minibar was provided in the room, which was lovely. However, there was no more than one electrical outlet in the room. The only one was behind the table. Overall excellent stay. We really enjoyed in Andorra!

The facilities at the hotel are very dated and people at reception were completely unfriendly. The buffet breakfast (price EUR16/pax) is overpriced considering the low quality of what's on offer. In my view, this hotel is quite below the standards you can find at other hotels in the Accor chain
