I stayed here on the 11th and 16th of October for an overnight stay to Italy with ogdens travel the room was comfortable clean and spacious I found the shower to very slippy the bar service was horrendous having ordered pints we told they only half pint glasses which was clearly untrue as some our coach party had pints 7 euros a pint 4 euros for a half pint 2 half's costing 8 euros not good making an extra euro the lady behind the bar was very rude as was your f and b manager having worked as a night manager in a raddison blue hotel for 8 years in my town which now a mecure hotel so I know how things are run I would never treat customers in the Manor we treated I've stayed in your hotel 4 times it doesn't seem to have improved when I first stayed there in June and October

Terrible hotel. Dirty and clumsy just next to a highway and in a commercial area. Also extremely unfriendly and rude staff. Mercure at its best. I would rather sleep in my car than in this hellhole. I do not understand why Mercure group wants to exploit such a terrible hotel.

Due to sudden French Covid restrictions I was unable to stay this time . Waiting for a refund . But told it can take up to 3 weeks ……. Wondering why ???? I am a regular at this hotel . Been staying 4 times a year since 2014 on route to Austria . Bit disappointed with their repayment policy .

Old hotel, furniture broken, seat was thorn, mattrass was in bad shape . Cleaning was also not the best job they did. I took dinner in the restaurant. Soso, but drinks expensive for what they give ( wine ). Breakfast was fine
