Die Klimaanlage hat trotz hoher Einstellung nicht warm gemacht. Es war zu kalt im Zimmer und im Bad kam permanent kalte Luft aus der Lüftung.

We are currently in that tricky period of the year with strong temperature changes between warm and cold days. Following the recent warmer weather, the hotel was already operating in summer mode, which may have made some rooms feel cooler depending on personal sensitivity. However, we do have portable heaters available to quickly improve comfort when needed. Please do not hesitate to contact our team, available at all times and always happy to find a solution to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Warten auf den Check-In, Treppenhaus ungepflegt, Sofa im Zimmer abgenutzt, Fremde Haare an den Fliesen in der Dusche, das angegebene Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer gibt es nicht, beim Frühstück werden meine Schuhe von der Bedienung mit Milch verschmutzt… Sorry, aber das ist ganz weit weg vom üblichen Mercure- bzw. Accor-Standard. Sehr schade.

Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience so honestly. I am truly sorry to read about this accumulation of small issues which, altogether, clearly affected your stay. A neglected staircase, a worn sofa, missing amenities in the room and even the incident with the milk at breakfast do not reflect the level of attention and care we aim to provide, nor the standards usually associated with Mercure and Accor. I completely understand your disappointment. What is often most frustrating in these situations is that the stay “could have gone well”… but several small inaccuracies end up damaging the overall feeling. Your feedback is therefore very valuable because it highlights exactly those everyday details that make the difference between an acceptable stay and a truly memorable experience. Please accept my sincere apologies for these shortcomings. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams so that we can restore the level of quality our guests rightfully expect. die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück sehr lecker. Leider wurden meine privaten Sachen im Bad teilweise weggeworfen, das finde ich nicht sehr schön
