For a fresh day to explore Izmir, you can give a start to your day by swimming at Swissotel’s legendary outdoor or Pürovel indoor pool. After the enjoyment of the sunshine, enjoy your breakfast accompanied by a landscape green gardens view at Café Swiss’ open buffet with the best selections from the Aegean cuisine (lots of olives&cheese varieties); then you may try Izmir’s special pastry called “boyoz”. Today bakers still follow the original recipe and the most popular “boyoz” is plain, without any other addition. This delicious snack is best served with dark tea and hard boiled eggs sprinkled with black pepper and salt.

Before to start discovering Izmir, let’s flashback in time by having a short art tour within the hotel’s art masterpieces belonging to Büyük Efes Art collection which come from 1964s and also host contemporary art master pieces.
