⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Review Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, and first of all we would like to highlight the exceptionally high level of service. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized: we were met at the airport, escorted to the lodge, and after arriving on the island, we were once again warmly and professionally welcomed. Despite temporary technical issues with electricity at the hotel, the team handled the situation in an outstanding way — we were accommodated in a nearby five-star hotel, where we enjoyed the same beautiful room with a private pool as originally booked. This was a true demonstration of care and professionalism. There was only one minor point we would like to mention. On one of the days, due to strong winds and a storm, breakfast was served according to the regular schedule, and we were not informed about this in advance. I contacted our personal manager to ask whether breakfast hours would be extended, but the response came rather late, and by the time we arrived, breakfast had already ended. However, the restaurant staff showed great flexibility and professionalism — they still found a way to serve us, which completely resolved the situation. We would also like to highlight the wonderful New Year’s Eve celebration: an amazing atmosphere, a beautiful fireworks display, and a truly royal dinner — everything was organized to the highest standard. We really loved our room, and choosing a category with a private pool was absolutely the right decision. Being able to swim at any time made our stay even more relaxing and special. In addition, the check-out process was perfectly organized. Our luggage was collected directly from our room, professionally handled, and prepared for our flight. The entire departure process was smooth, comfortable, and carried out at the highest possible level. In conclusion, we can sincerely say that we highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and romantic getaway. Thank you to the entire hotel team for your dedication, care, and outstanding hospitality.

The service, the coral reef and the small yet exclusive environment are the most incredible highlights of our holidays. The stay was amazing, the front desk was always there to answer our questions and requests, while people such as Dimal, Thiloma and the chef from Nepal, Deepa, made us feel like at home, well considered and served in the best possible way a customer can imagine about. Even one of the worst event that can happen to a resort, an electric outage, was managed so well and in two hours we were moved swiftly to another resort, 15 mins in speedboat from Mercure, being upgraded to a water pool villa. Amazing.
