Mercure was a welcoming, very comfortable stay in the heart of Wagga Wagga, 10 min walk from the train station. Spacious & upgraded room & peaceful breakfast room, esp enjoyed the yoghurts & fruits.

One reason we stay at Mercure is because of the pool. It was out of order on what was a very hot visit. No offer of a cool drink or other was made. As training for the your staff I suggest that when things like to pool is out of order than a cool drink is offered especially when people have often travelled a long way. Also I found the reception staff wearing a t shirt as in appropriate
