"Our Favorite Hideaway on Koh Chang! We will be back for a 4th time!" This was our third stay at the Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway, and it certainly won't be our last! We absolutely love this resort. It is a truly peaceful escape with a beautiful, serene beach and breathtaking sunsets. The entire experience, from arrival to departure, makes us feel right at home. We arrived quite late, around 8 PM, but the night shift team checked us in quickly and efficiently with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. That excellent level of service continued throughout our stay. The resort staff truly make the difference: Restaurant & Bar Teams: The coffee bar team and beach bar team are consistently friendly and professional. The live music and impressive fireman shows (on M-W-F) create a wonderful atmosphere. Outstanding Service from Tos: A special shoutout to Tos, the Senior Restaurant Supervisor. He is exceptional! He always greeted us with care, explained the show schedules, and was fantastic with our children. He served my husband with great attentiveness, explaining the cocktail promotions with a constant smile. Every order we placed came out delicious and correct. Security Team: We were also very impressed with the security team at the front of the hotel. I briefly got lost from my family, and one officer helped me locate our car and directed me where they had gone. Later, he checked up on me to ensure I found them. Another team member even ran after our car to ensure we were safely parked – a true testament to their care. We stayed in a room villa again, and it was so comfy and cozy, just like being at home. We are very satisfied with all the services and can't wait to return. We love Koh Chang, and we love Mercure Hideaway!

We stayed here for four nights to celebrate Christmas in Koh Chang. Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We especially loved the pool connected directly to the beach. The resort is peaceful and nicely tucked away from the main area, making it perfect for a quiet and relaxing Christmas getaway. We will definitely return.

It’s a very nice location, but the beach is so small and not what we knew about Koh Chang waters. We left the resort everyday for the real beautiful beaches. Also, it would’ve been nice a longer pool and bar time.
