Horrible front desk night experience with somebody named Dior/Diyat. He was totally indifferent, no courtesy in check in, and he took so much time. He should be in night audit or back office, definitely not in front of guests. There was no porter to take luggage either so my elderly father and our family took our own luggage. It felt we were in a two star hotel. Breakfast was totally substandard and service was non-existent, too. Water in coffee machine gone - took 10 minutes to refill. No beverage glasses, took 15 minutes to replenish. No silverware, had to go find off of other tables. There was also a disgusting smell in the room. Overall, the best part of the stay was leaving the hotel. That is the saddest and yet truest review I can offer.

wonderful property located very close to registan square for tour and railway station for commute. nice and spacious rooms, superb cleanliness, excellent restaurant where I tried fish.

The family room is a connected double room which is suitable for a family of 4 or 5. Breakfast spread was ok. Location was great - near to the Amir Temur Mausoleum and Registan Square.
