We ordered tea in room, and they are serving it after 45 min. This happened more than 3-4 times in 3 days stay. Rooms, food everything is good but the only thing is service part. If you ordered food or tea in room, you will not get it before 45min. Also, restaurant space is not that big, so there also service is not good at all

The rooms of the hotel are in need of some repair and renovation, the third floor especially. The staff took prompt and good care of all our requests and the issues that came across. A huge shoutout to Kiran and Shubham at the front. Kiran at the restaurant for all his wonderful recommendations and genuine service at the buffet breakfast; and Sadhana the security staff for her warm good bye, care and help with our luggage during check out. The staff of this hotel is brilliant and that stood out way beyond the property itself

A budget hotel that ticks all the boxes, clean comfortable rooms and and a 5 star bathroom. Buffet Breakfast and a very good room service menu that also matches a 5 star. Extremely polite and helpful staff members. So all in all we were very pleased with the hotel and will definitely book again.
