My husband and I have stayed here before and have enjoyed its location to various downtown attractions. But here are a couple of "suggestions". #1. Do not tell your guests at check-in that there is a convenience store round the corner.... I should have asked myself why I need to know that. I think that might lead me to the next suggestions. #2. Get new coffee makers in your room. Yes, they look sleek and if you can get them to operate, the coffee is good, but my husband went through 2 coffee pods trying to get a cup of coffee out of one of them and being aggravated at a coffee machine is not how you want to start your day. #3. We are early risers.... even on a Saturday morning. We headed down to breakfast at 7am just to find that breakfast on Saturday's (even during a busy holiday season) doesn't start until 9am. How about a little continental breakfast set out somewhere.... with coffee...for those of us who need to get our day started. So, this is why I am saying that our stay was just o.k. For a boutique hotel like 21C, I expect more creature comforts.

Good experience the workers and staff were always able to help even if they could not. Now the room… the bathroom mirror light once turned on is followed by a very loud and annoying ringing noise like the electrical was not installed properly or is having problems with connection. Now the room was fantastic beautiful view and very nice amenities. If I had to be ever so picky the wall between the room and living area is cracking right above the door like the wall is holding to much weight (structural problems with new drywall old building) and the lack of finish quality around the room (lack of chalking around the baseboards) no with that being said I believe our stay was great like I said very small details in the life of the stay but just things to note for later inconvenience for guests. Again thank you and hope to see you all again soon!!

Good staff, location and building. However the customer experience is marred by the inexplicable skimpiness and grunginess of the room: non working light switches, damaged coffee cabinets. filthy AC filters and loud AC, window curtains in disrepair, no tea bags and nearly empty minbar, no extra blanket, cheap sheets and bathrobes.
