We had. perfect stay at Manoir. Great way to ring in the New Year We dined at the St Laurent with a deluxe buffet dinner on the 31st. we also go to join the ballroom to dance after midnight lots of activities for the children. the only ick was the hottub not working l

Please do not publish - Bad location floor 4 on the first night -cannot sleep due to a noised fan outside, however we appreciated that the Reception understand the problem and allowed us to change to a quiet location room.

The registration process was slow and crowded. I think when it is crowded you should not have 4 employees at the check in desk and only one offering to help the next person in line. It took 5 minutes for the other three to offer help to the next in line, when there are 10 customers waiting. Also, I dined at the St. Laurent and the decor is tired and out of date. The food was excellent. The concierge and doormen are the best! I lost the backing of a gold earring leaving the hotel and the doorman helped me find it!
