The grounds were beautiful. This Fairmount lacks service. Gym was not clean; when we asked for wine glasses they never showed up. Housekeeping did not replace glasses when they cleaned. Front desk has to be the worst; One person at the desk; long line-ups. We had gold status and were never advised regarding concierge service on the 6th floor or the room until we checked out. Room had nice view; breakfast was excellent. Spa service was good; Spa itself very small and amenities not the same as other Fairmounts considering we paid $1500 for treatments.

On the gold floor everythig was great. The accomodations, food in the lounge, ambiance were allexcellent. In particular, all concierges were a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful.

I found 2 dead roaches in our room (2255) and despite going to the front desk several times to complain and being told that a deep cleaning was going to be done it never happened.

Aloha Mr. G., Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry for the unacceptable experience you had during your stay. Finding two dead roaches in your room is completely outside the standard we hold ourselves to, and you should never have had to deal with that, let alone repeatedly. We are especially sorry that, despite your visits to the front desk, the promised deep cleaning never took place, and you did not receive the follow‑up call from a manager. You deserved prompt action and clear communication, and we failed to provide both. Your feedback is being taken very seriously. We are reviewing what went wrong and addressing the breakdown in communication and service, so this does not happen again. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. the people working on the Gold Level customer service are not as good as they should be. The previous staff worked hard to help us in all areas.
