Your nut allergy should have been handled with the utmost care, and we are sincerely sorry that the Pina Colada you were served contained nut syrup without a clearly visible warning on the menu, and led to an anaphylactic reaction. We are currently reviewing our menu labeling, staff training, and allergy‑communication procedures to ensure that this does not happen again to you or any other guest. Your feedback has already prompted internal action, and we are committed to making meaningful improvements.
