Great stay at the Mercure. Very efficient and friendly service by Holly, Joe and barman ( sorry forgot name) in the bar/lounge area. Surprisingly good breakfast buffet offering with good quality ingredients. Very tight ship run by the two lovely ladies Amanda and Teressa. Would stay agin.

Great service, special mention for Holly. Having stayed in hotels for the past few years through work, it was refreshing to have a happy, friendly and helpful person serving at the bar. Keep up the good work Holly 👏

You get exactly what you expect of a Mercure in the UK, decent sized rooms, very clean and well presented. Location is great for TW and Tonbridge, huge car park and easy access roads. Breakfast was substantial, well cooked and laid out well.
