Please note that events organised by private individuals are not allowed at Premium, Midscale and Economy hotels located in Europe and North Africa.

Earn Reward & Status points for events by being an ALL Accor member at eligible hotels.
Provide your ALL card number early and ensure your event meets eligibility criteria (e.g., 8+ people/rooms).
Points are calculated on eligible pre-tax spend and credited within one month after full invoice payment. Click here for more info

Absolutely! You can redeem your Reward points to cover part of your event costs at participating hotels.
To do so:
Ensure the hotel is participating.
Inform the hotel of your intention to pay with points when booking your event.
Payment can be made on-site or via a telephone appointment if the cardholder is not present.
Please note, payment with Reward points is capped at 15% of the total pre-tax invoice amount, with a maximum of €1,500 (or local currency equivalent).
