We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet the standards you expected—and that we aim to deliver at Novotel Nadi. While we’re pleased you found our team to be warm and welcoming, we are very concerned about your comments regarding the condition of the facilities, the unpleasant room odor, and the shower experience. Please accept our sincerest apologies for these issues. This does not reflect the level of quality and comfort we strive to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate review and action. Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you encountered during your check-in at Novotel Nadi. While we truly appreciate your kind acknowledgment, we are deeply sorry that the initial handling of your check-in did not meet your expectations or the service standards we strive to uphold. Your feedback has brought to light several areas where our communication and service fell short. Although you were allocated the correct room type, it was provided with a different bedding configuration. Our sincere apologies for not informing you of this change at the time of check-in. Please note that the room you were finally checked in was in fact an upgrade to our Premium category, the Deluxe Suite. We are taking this matter seriously and will be conducting additional training with our team to ensure clear communication, attentive guest service, and timely issue resolution moving forward. Once again, we sincerely apologize that your stay was not the relaxing, hassle-free experience you anticipated. We do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the seamless and enjoyable stay you deserve.
