Our experience staying at Pullmann was very satisfying. The staff were very kind, friendly, and very helpful. There was a staff member named GENJULI, whose son was very kind, very friendly, and very helpful in taking us to see the sunset. And the supervisor, TAWENG, was very friendly and kind. I stay here quite often due to business travel, and have always been made to feel like a VIP. The hotel's design and layout prevent it from being a true "5-star" resort - there is no Executive Lounge, pool guests walk through dining areas wet, shirtless, in bare feet, etc, and smokers are allowed in the only outdoor eating area. But the management and staff have always elevated the experience to be top-notch. Special thanks to Johann, Dila, Nana, Ahmadi, Maura, Nora - and virtually every staff member there - for being the reason I keep coming back.
