I had asked at check in what time the shuttle was available. And that I would like to be at the airport by 630am. She said that it probably wouldn’t be available to me. Even thou I was travelling solo with a new born infant and luggage. I asked if the room was a easy access ground floor room. I was given a ground floor room that I had to take my stuff off the trolley to be able to get it all in my door and then out again in the morning. Room shower has mould present. Pros: Food at the Mercure was delicious.

Although just an overnight stay, it was very relaxing. The consolidation of the Novotel and Mercure grounds has created a large and comfortable environment. The restaurant on-site continues to deliver great meals. The room was well appointed with all essential amenities.

Our room was upgraded to a villa and it was amazing! We got our own pool & the room size was decent. The food was delicious, especially Betty's Fish & Chips. The gym equipment was great as well. The only thing that we thought would be better was the check-in experience. We got to the hotel at 2 am and it says Novotel instead of Mercure & Novotel, so we were wondering if it was the right place to check in or not. The other thing was, the wait time to check in was too long and we had to wait for around 20 mins to get our keys. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely come back again.
