My booking was for a girls combined 40th celebration, I had reached out when trying to make the booking to speak to someone about a group discount as there were 14 of us staying and gave up after several attempts and no response (via email or phone). On arrival, the lift wasn’t working so we had to carry our bags up stairs. Reception were abrupt and not particularly friendly. Cleaning was very minimal, I note there was a dead moth on the floor of my room for the duration of my stay, and there was also extensive build up of grime around the bath tap. Ordering drinks by the pool took a very long time, and we felt the food options by the pool were very limited. Room was tired and I was disappointed not to be in one of the renovated rooms given how far in advance I booked. Other than the location, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at the Sebel unfortunately.

We enjoy Accor properties in Noosa but this was not our best visit. The room was looking a bit tired with paint coming off bottom of doors. The position of the room was a bit off to the side and not the best we have had. We did enjoy our stay

Very happy with location staff etc. we did have a strong unpleasant smell in the room when we opened the cupboard that contained the hot water heater.

Good location but good things end there

Front lifts were not working that makes it difficult to get to reception (with luggage) and it is very difficult if you cannot climb steps. The staff is very limited, and not much knowledgeable...no recognition of Accor members and benefits, seemed like we had to ask for everything.
