The staff at the Ibis Northampton work as a great friendly intimate team who delivered a really nice stay for us. In particular, Sharon, the general manager, was very alive to all her guests needs. We had a small issue which she dealt with professionally and without hesitation. Well done the Ibis team.

Check in service level was polite and as expected. The room itself was nice and clean, however, I could hear the thud of really loud music most of the night, which meant I didn't sleep. Further to this, there was a group of kids running around the hotel till late and up early. All in all, not very restful.
