ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing NAB partnership

1.NAB Rewards Signature Credit Card

NAB Rewards Signature Credit Card: To be eligible for the up to 30,000 ALL Reward Points offer, you must be an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, apply for a new personal NAB Rewards Signature Credit Card before the Offer Period ends, have your application approved, provide your ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership number to NAB to enrol for your NAB Rewards points to be automatically redeemed for ALL Reward Points (“Auto Redemption”), spend $3,000 on everyday purchases using your new card within 60 days of opening account to be enrolled in Auto Redemption and keep you card for over 12 months. You’ll receive an email from NAB after your application has been approved with information on how to provide your ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership number to NAB. NAB Reward points will be awarded on a tiered basis – You will be eligible to receive 120,000 NAB Rewards bonus points when you spend $3,000 on everyday purchases in the first 60 days of opening your account (credited to your NAB Rewards points balance within 3 months of meeting the spend criteria, and will be automatically redeemed for 20,000 ALL Reward Points within 10 days thereafter) and 60,000 NAB Rewards bonus points after you have had your card for over 12 months (credited to your NAB Rewards points balance within the 13th month and will be automatically redeemed for 10,000 ALL Reward Points within 10 days thereafter). The ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership number and name must match an active ALL – Accor Live Limitless account. Offer limited to one total allocation of 180,000 NAB Rewards bonus points per ALL – Accor Live Limitless account, per Offer Period.

Everyday purchases exclude transactions NAB decides are wholly or partly for gambling or gaming purposes. You must provide your ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership number to NAB in order to have your NAB Rewards points automatically redeemed for ALL Reward points. Each week the NAB Rewards Points that you’ve earned will be transferred to ALL Reward points with 6 NAB Rewards Points = 1 ALL Reward point.

Your NAB Rewards Signature Credit Card must remain open and in good standing, and you must be enrolled in Auto Redemption to receive the ALL Reward points.

This offer is not available to existing NAB Rewards Signature or NAB Rewards Platinum Credit Card customers who have received or are entitled to receive NAB Rewards Bonus Points for a new personal NAB Rewards credit card within 18 months prior to applying for a new NAB Rewards Signature Credit Card. Offer is not available when closing/transferring from another NAB credit card account or in conjunction with any other NAB credit card offer.

2. NAB Rewards Platinum Credit Card

NAB Rewards Platinum Credit Card: To be eligible for the up to 20,000 ALL Reward points offer, you must be an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, apply for a new personal NAB Rewards Platinum Credit Card before the Offer Period ends, have your application approved, provide your ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership number to NAB to enrol in Auto Redemption, spend $1,000 on everyday purchases using your new card within 60 days of opening account to be enrolled in Auto Redemption and keep you card for over 12 months. You’ll receive an email from NAB after your application has been approved with information on how to provide your ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership number to NAB. NAB Rewards points will be awarded on a tiered basis – You will be eligible to receive 90,000 NAB Rewards bonus points when you spend $1,000 on everyday purchases in the first 60 days of opening your account (credited to your NAB Rewards points balance within 3 months of meeting the spend criteria, and will be automatically redeemed for 15,000 ALL Reward points within 10 days thereafter) and 30,000 NAB Rewards bonus points after you have had your card for over 12 months (credited to your NAB Rewards points balance within the 13th month and will be automatically redeemed for 5,000 ALL Reward points within 10 days thereafter). The ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership number and name must match an active ALL – Accor Live Limitless account. Offer limited to one total allocation of 120,000 NAB Rewards bonus points per ALL – Accor Live Limitless account, per Offer Period.

*Conversion of NAB Rewards Points into ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points (ALL Rewards points):

NAB Rewards members may convert their NAB Rewards points into ALL Reward Points. ALL is Accor’s loyalty programme. To do this, the NAB Rewards member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership card.

NAB Rewards Points may only be transferred from a NAB Rewards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. After conversion, the converted ALL Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

6 NAB Rewards Points = 1 ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points. The redemption of NAB Rewards Points will be administered solely by NAB Rewards and it can take up to 10 business days to transfer into the ALL membership account. Once NAB Rewards Points have been redeemed for ALL points, they are governed by the ALL membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be reversed. Transferred ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.

Gold Status Fast Track:

NAB Rewards Signature cardholders who have selected to automatically convert NAB Rewards Points to ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points are eligible to fast track from ALL Classic status to ALL Gold status after they complete their first eligible stay. An eligible stay is a stay made at a participating hotel for at least one overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made through an Accor Eligible Channel at an Eligible Rate. Eligible Accor channels include Accor distribution channels (website, Accor booking office, hotels) and traditional travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. Stays redeemed in full using Reward points do not count towards the criteria of the fast track. The statuses will be processed after the completion of the required eligible stay.View the list of hotels and brands that do not participate in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless programme. Once a Linked Member fast tracks to Gold status, they will retain this status for the balance of that calendar year and for the next calendar year.

Silver Status Fast Track:

NAB Rewards Platinum cardholders who have selected to automatically convert NAB Rewards Points to ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points are eligible to fast track from ALL Classic status to ALL Silver status after they complete their first eligible stay. An eligible stay is a stay made at a participating hotel for at least one overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made through an Accor Eligible Channel at an Eligible Rate. **NAB Rewards 10% off Accor Hotel stays:

This offer is only available for rooms booked after 23 October 2023 for stays from 23 October 2023 to 31 December 2025. This offer provides NAB Rewards members 10% off the Flexible Rate at participating Accor hotels in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia. This offer can only be booked via a dedicated ALL.com webpage, accessible from the NAB Rewards Store. The offer is available for selected room types only and is subject to availability. Cannot be combined with any other benefits or promotions and not valid for group bookings. Black out days apply and vary by hotel. All reservations must be guaranteed with a NAB Rewards credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay. Please refer to the individual hotels’ cancellation, check in and check out policy. The NAB Rewards credit card used for guarantee must be presented upon check-in. If guest's name is different from credit card holder, proper credit card authorisation must be processed prior to arrival. Please refer to each hotel's pricing conditions when making a booking.
