ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing the KBank partnership
1. Conversion of K Point into ALL Reward points:
K Point members may convert their K Point into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.
To do this, the K Point member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.
K Point may only be transferred from a K Point member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.
After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
K Point 8,000 points = 1,000 ALL Reward points
The points conversion described above is done manually through K PLUS application.
K Point transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Reward points. Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme's rules.
