ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing the HSBC Singapore TravelOne Credit Card Rewards partnership
1. Conversion of HSBC Reward Points into ALL Reward points:
HSBC TravelOne Credit Card members may convert their HSBC Reward Points into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.
To do this, the HSBC TravelOne Credit Card member must be a member of ALL. In order to be considered a member, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card. Afterwhich, cardmembers must login to HSBC Singapore Mobile App to convert their HSBC Reward points to ALL Reward points. Transfer is done in increments of 5 with a minimum of 25,000 HSBC Reward points for each transfer.
HSBC Reward Points may only be transferred from a HSBC TravelOne Credit Card member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.
After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
5 HSBC Reward points = 1 ALL Reward point
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HSBC TravelOne Credit Card account.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
2,000 ALL Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme's rules.
