ALL loyalty programme - general terms and conditions governing the HSBC HK partnership

1. Conversion of RewardCash into ALL Reward points:

HSBC RewardCash Programme members may convert their RewardCash into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the HSBC RewardCash Programme member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership Card.

RewardCash may only be transferred from a HSBC RewardCash Programme member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme.

After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

1 RewardCash = 20 ALL Reward points

The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HSBC RewardCash Programme account.

RewardCash transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Reward points. Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
