Poor sleep quality

Humming USB wall socket on the head side of the bed (which only worked by pulling the cable in a certain direction btw), mattress cover was just a square sheet causing it to come undone during the night and very bad quality pillows. Besides that the breakfast was very minimal. I've been to several other F1 hotels and those were actually rather positive.

Disappointing

On the website I was offered two types of room . One was the ordinary double bed with bunk and the other was a refurbished room with a double bed and a single bed. I chose the second more expensive option and the confirmation email stated that the reception was open until 9pm. When I arrived at the hotel between 8 and 9pm the reception was closed and on the door the sign said reception closes at 8pm. Not a big problem to pay and get the keycode etc but the room we were allocated was an ordinary bunk type room and not what I had booked. With reception closed not a lot I could do about it at the time. Television did not work, with broken picture on all channels and then came on of its own accord at about 7am. I also discover that no towels and not even a paper cup provided. Formula 1 hotels have always been basic, cheap and cheerful but this experience was very disappointing. The next night I booked in to another cheap hotel chain, B & B hotels. Everything was as described when booking. I will not be using Formula 1's in the future.
