We stayed for one night during travelling. The name of the hotel implies a central location - rather it is located at the motorway exit called "centre Orange" - this is misleading to guests who don't check the location on a map The rooms are very small, so small that the bed is only 1,9m long - for me too short as I am 1,85m The floor of the room is dark fake wood, but it seems to have gotten wet, so it is broken - not a nice sight and also has the risk of injury when you walk bare foot. The other furniture had 2-3 burn marks on them. My room key stoped working after using it for some hours. So when we returned to the hotel I could not enter the room. I went down to the reception desk and the lady reprogrammed my key without checking if I was really the occupant of the room - which I find unacceptable as the rooms have no safety deposit box, so all valuable belongings were potentially at risk. Also I am Silver member of the Accor loyalty program, but was not offered any perks.

Well located off the autoroute, clean rooms

The room was clean, as was the bathroom, which was very welcome and a great relief (compared to other similar hotels). The pillows and bed were comfortable. However, the rooms were too warm (trying to "cool" the room actually made it hotter), and the window kept banging (and I didn't feel secure leaving it open all night, facing onto a parking lot/wooded area). The duvet was very very heavy which made the warmth of the room even worse when sleeping. I was also fortunate to have a room over the delivery bay, and was woken up at 7 (with a long drive ahead, so I'd wanted to rest more) by lots of loud noises.
