Welcoming, friendly reception, acknowledged my many bags and offered me a room near a lift; asked if the room was acceptable to me as it was an adapted room for the disabled. Large room and very comfortable bed, view over a park. Very quiet. For a budget hotel the breakfast was more than adequate. My only negative ( slightly) comment is that I would have liked a chair in reception whilst I waited for my taxi. There were two chairs occupied by giant Teddy Bears,
