Nice hotel, bad service.

Nice hotel let down by service, which starts at the check in. Unpleasant gentlemen at the front desk. Put me in a ground floor “deluxe” room facing parking lot claiming all these rooms were the same. After pressuring got switched to a much nicer room on first floor (same standard). No effort in showing me to the room or providing overview of amenities. Pool is just full of screaming children. Had to call to have room cleaned. Not worth it especially with all the other nice hotel options on the Palm. Will not return or recommend.

The best part that I enjoy or enjoyed every Sunday when visiting the property is walking into the Lobby then greet by Ezekiel with David. I mean is like they own the property how they notice you quickly with warm greetings and whatever your concerns they will swiftly address it. The property, service is amazing and will always or must visit.

Ezekiel and Robert front staff was warm and made us feel comfortable.even our butler satyam was very helpful. An experience you must have.dont miss out on it. Kids can have an amazing time here at the pool,kids club and the beach. For adults u have the spa and the gym

The staff and the facilities are really good. Mr. Satyam butler was very helpful with his service during the stay here. They have good indoor swimming pool with sauna. The beach access is good with outdoor swimming pool. The kids had a blast in the kids club
