I have been to Dubai 8 times & this was the worst run down hotel ever definitely not 5x , this is no couples vacation,noisy kids everywhere & full of families, couldn’t wait to leave, food not very good, fish restaurant had two complaints while we were there, best thing is the staff were so nice, but always pushing for reviewing the hotel via app, Best hotels to recommend is Madinat/ Raffles the palm, mina Salam for couples & families

We joined all exclusive sports class and we love it. Thanks to kagan for bike tour and CrossFit with furkan. And also gym always was clean and prepare We will come back again. So we would highly recommend this place to every visitor. Day pass or stay, you must to visit this place.

We had great holiday with my family, coming all the way from UK to visit this wonderful place. I can call it the best resort in Dubai so far, sport team is the one who really make it special for us. Tried all the classes and would receive, bike, CrossFit, ice bath,aqua classes and many more to everyone. Special thank to FURKAN and KAGAN.

So it is time to pack our things, as tomorrow we are heading back home. Oh Rixos, if I could stay some more days and enjoy your excellent hospitality. But truly these 2 weeks were amazing at Rixos the Palm. Everything was great from the two bedroom family suite ( btw it was very spacious and perfect for my family) to dining and the greenery around the area, the pools and the beach. All wonderful. My sincere thanks to Mr. Pradeep from room/minibar service for his arranging a birthday cake for my son and arranging everything to celebrate the day. A big gratitude and appreciation for the restaurant staff especially Mr. Parbinder Singh, Mr. Suman, Mr. Idrees for their great hospitality and for making all the arrangements for my kids to make sure we don’t have any issues with food and all and of course for giving me the most kadak masala chai. Also many thanks to Mr Jurabek and Saikal for their support and help for making our stay comfortable and for arranging everything we needed. The only minus was the mosquitoes and the flies around the pool area but I guess that is due to the recent floods in Dubai and hope this will be resolved soon. My parents are also staying here and today my brother is arriving with his family and I really hope that they will have an amazing time here at Rixos the Palm and leave Rixos with all the wonderful memories 🙏🙏🙏

We stayed at Rixos as a family of 5 for 10 nights in late April / early May. Burçin was our assistant amd she was very helpful during our stay. She has a positive attitude and was always a phone away. The hotel is quite big but not so massive that you get lost in it. The beaches and the pools are enjoyable, the food is delicious but most importantly the staff in general is very caring and the servis is professional. Here is a shoutout to Sibel from Rixy Club, Şaban from Bodrum Bar, and Javed from the front office! Thank you all for making our stay an enjoyable experience.
