This hotel was better before when I stayed in January 2024, but the experience was not as good this time around in October 2024. The check-in was slow and there was some confusion around room availability. Didn't get welcome drink as an Accor platinum member, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast was decent, room amenities are lacking compared to other Ibis hotels in Dubai itself (no option of dental kit). The housekeeping staff are polite and try to accommodate requests, so I appreciate that. Overall an average experience, especially because I had higher hopes due to my earlier stay. Hopefully, they'll improve like before.

Affordable and Relaxing

The hotel is near the metro train and near to the bus station if you’re coming from Abu Dhabi via bus. Overall, the hotel is clean, there is a wifi connection, the staff is friendly and i don't have complaints as per my stay. It’s a good stay in the past 3 days. Book at Agoda for affordable and less hassle booking experience.

Absolutely unprofessional staff and they are not helpful. I got fined with parking because no one informed me. Absolute no information about anything. Staff in not trained and management doesn’t care at all. Never coming back and do not recommend to anyone:

Bad experience with ibis albarsha dubai

I do not recommend visiting this hotel for the reason that it is old from the inside and the service is bad from some of the employees, in addition to the poor attention paid to the cleanliness of the rooms, and there is no credibility between the pictures of the hotel shown on the websites and reality.

Great stay, excellent location for metro.

I visited the Ibis Hotel in Al Barsha for a week's holiday in August 2024. The hotel is a budget hotel however it was clean, the staff were helpful and the metro station is around 10 mins walk. Even in the extreme heat the walk to the metro was do-able. The breakfast is impressive with a vast amount of choice - delicious. We would definetly stay again at this hotel. Only downside is there is no pool!
