the hotel is good, the best value for money, the room with a view of Rixos and the sea is super, there is a balcony. The staff is great, they try. I really liked reception workers Oyatullo and Jissell, Ashi. Oyatullo always helped: he gave us a room on a higher floor, as requested, helped with check-in and check-out, and helped with advice. The breakfasts and dinners are excellent, especially the delicious desserts. but I want to ask to add beach umbrellas and replace the water in the room, the water in the room smells like bleach, you can’t drink it, in the end I had to buy water in the supermarket, and this is not a 5* hotel. Ashi helped to print our flight tickets and booked the taxi

I have been staying at this hotel for a week now and I can say that it is wonderful here! The room is clean, spacious, turned out to have a partial sea view, although I did not book it. Drinking water in the room is free, the bed is very comfortable, the heat is not felt even if the air conditioner is turned off. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, you can take free towels and a mat by the pool. Or rent a sunbed and an umbrella on the beach for 125 dirhams. The restaurant and service are beyond praise. The food is very tasty and varied. You can come every day for lunch or dinner of your choice, depending on how convenient it is. Mirabel, Irene, Mohit, Jenny and Abdul provided wonderful service and made your stay unforgettable! In the evening, it is very lively next to the hotel, it is pleasant to walk in the atmosphere of luxury of the east! Excellent combination of price and quality, I recommend you to visit!

This is my third tike staying at the hotel with my children. Amazing as always and I would not stay anywhere else. We arrived before check-in, and Rahul gave us great customer service, our room was ready. No forms to fill but add details on their ipad, which is a huge relief from taking pens out and filling in paperwork. All staff are amazing Bala, Yaya and Rahul but for me M Naim who was the room cleaner stood out. His dedication to his guests comfortability and stay, his welcome, and communication in English every time was so professional. I feel he needs to be at the front desk to welcome guests and represent Movenpick, he is definitely an asset to the branch. Breakfast is all fresh with a variety of options. Fresh towels, room cleaning done daily. The hotel is in easy reach of supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, beach, taxi, metro. Best to pop to the dubai mall in the morning as their is less traffic, taxi cost 70 direms, in the evening 90 to 100 direms. Hotel is a excellent location for excursions and trip pick ups.
