Vacation saved by staff. Great hotel!

As everyone has mentioned, the hotel was luxurious and the service was great. However, I must add even more. My husband lost his wallet within the hotel. Literally the entire hotel was turned upside down and every place we were in during the day was checked thoroughly. All of the staff really were very sympathetic and the security team was on top of the situation. The next day, one hour before we had to leave, a gentleman from security came up to the Executive Room where we were eating breakfast. In his hand was my husbands wallet. My husband had left his wallet on the pool chair and it was taken away with the pool towel and was accidentally put through the laundry. We were so relieved and so thankful for the great job of security in the hotel and the caring response from front desk staff. Recommend this hotel highly!!

My wife and I stayed one night for my birthday. This hotel certainly knows how to treat its guests well. From the moment we entered the door, everyone worked to make our stay enjoyable. From the turndown service to the spa, the level of service was exemplary. Upon checkout (on my birthday), they presented me with a small cake.

Relaxing, classy, pleasant, clean, friendly staff, welcoming, luxury feel. Food was good, they have a classy Italian restaurant upstairs I didn’t try. Spa was nice, they have a hair salon as well. I don’t have much else to say about it, except the staffing was exceptionally friendly.

We stayed four nights in the hotel which left us with very pleasant memories. The hotel is clean, neat. The staff were warm and helpful. The food was very decent and tasty. It located in front of sea shore with stunning view of the Aegean Sea sunset. Within walking distance there were a couple dozens of restaurants along the sea shore with all kind of cuisines

All staff have good communication skills and all time they tried to make you feel always good. They can provide you anything or any service that you need. Front office helped us for all our needs and housekeeping also friendly and kind all time. I will prefer to stay again.
