I have stayed few mercure hotel. However, this is one of the unclean branch i have stayed. Room smells awful. Especially the sofa. TV not functioning at all. No laundry bag as they said they are going eco green. However other mercures have provided paper bag laundry bag.

This hotel's facilities are very poorly maintained. The room sink was clogged . The water faucet was leaking. The bathroom grouting is very dirty. For a three star hotel in the Accor group, I am extremely disappointed with our stay.

we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights - suite was smelly when we entered - previous guest must have cooked some fish!! hair dryer not working . Master bedroom - heater - we didnt realise that the heater switch is located outside until after we showered in cold water - maybe a sign near the bathroom will help guest. Room TV not working/ hair dryer not working . Best of all - the tv channels - only this hotel provides free channels from local station and even that it comes and goes - sound and picture goes on and off. Never experienced such tardiness in a so call upper class hotel. I stayed here b4 a few years back and thoroughly enjoyed that now i will never step back into this hotel. I would rather pay extra somewhere else where everything is functioning .
