Great stay as always. Have been loyal to accor and this property in delhi more decades since it started. Warm staff, amazing diversity in management , great food , variety of Restuarants, well managed rooms and executive lounge plus front desk. I can go on and on. Well done team of Sunaina , Neha , Gaurav, Farshid, Sheena , Ritika and last but not the least Poulomi who manages Human Resource. Kudos to leadership of Vineet. A special mention for talented and energetic Neha who kept helping with loyalty points even after checkout.

My 1st stay at Pullman and I'm sure to return. Grand hotel layout, excellent room cleanliness, lovely spread for breakfast and top services all in all. Mr Nem kumar made sure room cleanliness is top notch. Keep it up and you are sure to do well.

Good customer service and clean and spacious rooms. Nem Kumar made sure that all house keeping functions were performed nicely. Good breakfast. Pradeep Kumar took care of transportation efficiently. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.

Stayed for one night coming from Bombay in the evening. From arrival there was no nice welcoming atmosphere or service. No one helping with luggage out of car, reception desk that barely spoke a word to you and took ages for check-in. The rooms are very dark and do not resonate with me. While a bit dated in good orderly function. Carpet is really weird tho and it feels like one walks on plastic. Hotel was very noisy due to a healthcare conference. Breakfast was also nothing special and I never received my order from the egg station and when asking for butter they only offered herbal butter as real butter was empty at the buffet. I was happy to check out and move on.
