At Pullman restaurant, the waiter name as Son Tung who has enthusiasm in the work, done a great job service for me. He gave me an truely excellent 5 star experience. The food which is he recommended is very nice also, i don't know what to eat and he recommending the "From the sea" from the promotion menu which is very delicious. Excellent service and great food. A truely 5 star hotel, recommen for everyone to stay in Vung Tau

Diamond member is nothing here

What's the point of being a Diamond member when I asked for upgrade and was rejected although Accor website mentioned clearly that that is a benefit of Diamond members and the higher category rooms are avaialble at time of check-in. So disappointed at how you treated your highest tier members.

Spacious rooms

We stayed in a suite this time around and it was huge, really spacious, especially the living area and the main bathroom. The entrance/atrium is the stand-out feature of this hotel, makes a good first impression and is kept nice and clean. David, the manager, maintained a visible presence around the hotel and took the time to introduce himself which was appreciated. The only criticism I have - and it remains from last time - is the pool. It's just terribly drab, concrete walls, fake grass, unattended bar, I honestly think it should just be closed as there's probably not enough space to make this a 5*-level facility anyway.

Local Beach Retreat

Vung Tau is a small coastal town within 2 hours' drive from Ho Chi Minh City and a favourite among the locals. We stayed at Pullman Vung Tau which has easy access to the beach, about 5 minutes' walk or short shuttle ride provided by the hotel. The room is spacious and we have lounge access of which the food, mostly canape, are simply delicious. Breakfast itself is also amazing, especially the noodle bar station. Definitely worth it.
