A Wonderful Getaway

My second time here. I love this place. First, it is set on the west side, a rare place on the mainland to see the wonderful sunsets. The hotel is very colonial in style, low buildings near the hillside. The rooms with ocean-facing balconies are worth the extra money. The property is not like a big resort. But as a place to chill on the sea, it is cozy. It has its own little beach, and the pool is large & perfect for sunset-watching. Part of it is sectioned off for kids, perfect for little kids. At lower tides, a huge salt-water pool appears below the main one. At higher tides, the waves make for great viewing, as they crash in to the sea wall. The hotel has a spa company on site that is highly skilled, even specialized in acupuncture & acupressure. Drinks & meals can be taken right along the sea. I feel like I’m on the French or Italian coast when I stay here. Staff is superb.

Second stay in six months!!

Had another good 4 night stay. Although didn't get an upgrade being a All Accor platinum but I was told that I already booked highest category (pretty bad. LOL....next time I will book one category below) Front office staff is efficient and so is housekeeping and restaurant. special thanks to Huong (restaurant manager) for the hospitality. I hope to come back soon!!

Mercure Vung Tau has provided me and my girlfriend a very relaxing and memorable vacation. Its convenient location near the center, peaceful ambiance, clean and spacious room with a warm and cozy vibe are major highlights. Dining near the beach in the evening, listening to the waves, and enjoying the gentle breeze was a truly wholesome and cherished moment that definitely got us both emotional. Special thanks to Phụng, Đạt and the entire team for their attentive support – everyone was extremely friendly and lovely. We will definitely want to return with our family next time!

The hotel boasts a stunning view with the sea on one side and hills on the other. The biggest downside is the congested road that separates the hills and the sea. The breakfast is delicious. Watching the sunset in the evening with a martini by the pool is absolutely fantastic. The staffs are exceptionally friendly and professional, from the security team, bell, front office, housekeeping... The laundry service is excellent, and Ms. Danh is very nice. The receptionist with glasses is adorable and attentive. The bellman is really thoughful. Definitely will come back for sure!
