Best Hotel in Bali with Amazing Staffs

I go to Bali for several times, but it's my first time staying in Pullman. We stayed there for 3 nights. In my experience, the hotel room overall is good. We booked suite room which is the highest category of room they provide and we got some special treatment like juice and slice of cake. The staffs also very kind, especially Ayik, Dewi, Ivana, Alfito, Diah, Hendri, Adit and Citra at the front office. The check in and check out process were so smooth. The manager assistants Joko, Lestari, Anita, Seni and Rachmad are very warm and friendly. They also have a generous manager, Mr. Dodi. He gave me a super cute squirrel doll. Astiti, Andinni and Arya always take initiative to greet and get a small talk with me and treat me very well during our stay. The breakfast was awesome and the FB staffs also good-humoured, especially Haity, Juni and Depa. Last but the most surprising, they have a Chinese speaker, his name is Jun. It's so rare to have holiday in Bali accompanied by a Chinese speaker staff. It was a really amazing experience, thank you so much Pullman, great job!

I was welcomed with the friendliest greetings from the staff upon arrival at 2am. Great service and the staff acted promptly to go through the check-in process to recover from my delayed flight. Special thanks to Lestari for organising my room which was located by the pool and providing information on my bookings regarding room service, dinner reservations and additional services including transport to and from the airport which she also organised during my holiday. Also, thank you to Astiti for organising a complimentary fruit bowl upon settling to my room and making me feel very welcome back to Bali. Can't wait to be back to Bali again and book my stay at Pullman for a second time!

Sungguh beruntung bisa menginap di hotel Pullman Legian🥰 Sy jg bagian dari Accor hanya staff biasa tapi begitu tiba di Pullman saya & family diperlakukan begitu hebat.. Kamar saya yg harusnya deluxe di upgrade ke kamar Suite.. Woww.. Accom spacious & clean. Arya, Guest manager ensures all guests expectations are met promptly, no request is difficult. Head chef Wyan oversees the best breakfast in Bali and the nightly banquets provide varied choices for everyone. Staff Ayu, Hati, Fendi and Bar manager Ari, professional & personable.
