Nice small hotel, a clean room, good beds. Perfect breakfast. Couldn't check from 15.00hrs, because the check-in out machine was out of order due to an unkown cause. So we have to wait until 17.00 hrs till the manager has arrived. It was not possible to restart the system by contacting the mnanager by the emergency number. That was a little disappointing.

From the minute we sat foot in this hotel we were made to feel unwelcome, an enormous burden for him, and told repeatedly if we weren’t happy we could get a refund and find somewhere else. As a wheelchair user, we had confirmed with ALL ACCOR call center that the hotel had a functional handicap room…which she had proven by contacting the hotel on our behalf. Never have we experienced such poor, bad mannered service. I felt discriminated by his dreadful customer service. This is IBIS we will sadly never be visiting again.
