The check in experience was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful when I forgot my key in the room. Location close to union station and st Lawrence market is ideal.

My wife and I booked this hotel for a week stay in Toronto. Very well located, we were able to walk everywhere we needed within 20 minutes. All of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant were excellent all week. Room was clean, with the exception of a couple empty pop cans from a previous guest under the bed, which I found when I accidentally dropped my phone under the bed. Not a huge issue for us though, we understand the pressures and grind that is housekeeping. Just wanted to inform your team. The stay was booked through a third party site, solely because the price surprisingly was better and included breakfast, otherwise we would always book through the property directly. There were absolutely no complications at the property level with the booking which was great. Breakfast was great each and every morning. The buffet had many options and was hot everyday. Special shout-out to Tatiana from breakfast. As someone who has studied and works in high-class hospitality, I can say she is easily one of the friendliest and strongest servers I've seen. Excellent service, and going above and beyond for the guest As well as interacting well and leading her colleagues. Always great to see. Thank you so much Tatiana, you certainly enhanced our experience. We will definitely look to stay here again if we return to Toronto. Well done all. Thanks for a great stay.
