Dm Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Stayed at the hotel for the Toronto Marathon. Due to the logistics of travelling back after the race, we were unable to arrive prior to our checkout time. The staff did not hesitate in allowing us a bit of time for a minimal fee. It was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with any of our questions.

Some confusion around reservation. Booking agent told me one thing front desk said something different. Cooling system in room was not working properly.

My wife and I stayed here the night before the Toronto Marathon. The employees were very kind and welcoming. They made some adjustments to specifically cater to all the runners that were staying there which was very nice. The room was cozy and clean, with plenty of space.

Bernie Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Could not control the temp in the room. Moved it to be colder but the system allowed it - but the temp never did drop after 24hrs. Stayed for the marathon but no restaurant was open in time. Very disappointing that the hotel would not adjust for such a large event.
