Good service at front desk , maintenance needed

The front desk was great, as were the porters. The cleaning forgot to give me any bath towels the first night, which was annoying. The room was clean overall, but several mosquitos in the room and a lot of broken pieces made it difficult to understand how the hotel charges what it does. The toilet seat hinge was broken, the shower tray was broken, and the AC couldn’t keep the temperature below about 22. Food in the restaurant was good.

Stayed there for 5 nights - had an unbelievable experience. The hotel was perfectly situated in the city and had amazing amenities. The front staff, especially Anne - was amazing!

The guy at the guest welcoming Moussa Baldé was outstanding. Always ready to help out. Everything was great overall during my visit. I must admit that this Hotel has really changed and I would like it to stay as it was back in the 90's I was then working with tour operators from the US.

Best reception customer service I had in a long time and amazing rest ( the bed is GREAT) The buffet is great also but a la carte one of the ladies needs training in meeting customer needs getting grilled chicken on pasta is not asking for the moon :)

Amazing experience and waiter named Moussa Balde was very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel as it is very nice and beautiful it has amazing features, the food was great and very diverse, there was food from about every culture and overall I had a great experience.
