What an amazing hotel and overall experience! From our very first interaction with Molly and Khaimook, we were treated with great hospitality and immense kindness. We’re very grateful for their patience and warmth. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every single thing was perfect. Kitty was the best butler ever, he was always available to cater to our every need at a moments notice and made sure we had the very best experience! He and Sea helped us craft our dream itinerary with a wide variety of experiences and was always available. And Alan was always available to take us to those activities with a warm smile. The rest of the staff members were also so kind! Eva, Ohmz and Emma even opened up Akoya just for me on my last day dispite the miserable weather. Just so I could get the chance to take pictures there I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, the breakfast is absolutely to die for (definitely the fluffiest pancakes I’ve tasted). Mimmy was an incredible waitress and made our breakfast experience unforgettable. She insisted on carrying my choices to my table to make sure I had a hassle free experience and recommended a delicious Thai dessert that has now become my favourite dessert. Lastly, the Snow Fish from the restaurant is a must try.

We enjoyed staying at V Villas resort for the 2nd time in 2 years. Everything was beyond expectations as usual. We stayed in 1 bedroom sea view villa for 4 nights. Minny who served us at the breakfast restaurant was very kind and helpful. We hope to back again soon.

Everything was perfect and amazing, the atmosphere and food are so great. Friendly staff specially Grace and Minny. Highly recommend stay for family. The service are so perfect and the area is clean. It’s our first time and not the last for sure.

Simple put, this hotel is really the best of the best. It's probably the best it can get. I have traveled to so many countries and visited so many hotels and for me, this hotel is the best in the world. Yes, it is very expensive but honestly, it is worth it.  It's new, clean, great decoration, great style, great food and of course amazing service. But none of it is really special so far. What really stands out in this hotel is the attention to the details and putting you, the guest, in the center of the event. It's the only hotel I know that gives you a WhatsApp contact for a service for anything you need. And no matter what you ask there, whether you need help with something, recommendations, special requests, the answer is always: "Certainly, Sir". Truly amazing service! The only downside of this hotel is that after this you can't really enjoy in any other hotel.
