The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable and spotless, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, noise was a consistent issue. I could clearly hear hallway traffic, doors slamming, and noise from neighboring rooms, especially at night, which made it difficult to fully relax or get uninterrupted sleep. While the cleanliness and overall upkeep were strong positives, better soundproofing or noise management would significantly improve the guest experience. This is a good option if cleanliness is your top priority, but light sleepers may want to take the noise into consideration.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful (thanks Priscila!). Pool area was awesome and really enjoyed Wine O Clock! Will definitely come again.

Pleasant honeymoon stay

My staying here was very pleasant. They have special arrangements for our honeymoon, and the staff, such as Marcos, are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the beach, and the hotel restaurant is really delicious.

Great location, lovely hotel

The hotel was in a great location. The room was lovely and really clean. The rooftop area and pool was lovely to relax in. The breakfast is served in the attached restaurant and was lovely. The staff lacked enthusiasm and energy it wasn't the best welcome. We had issues with the in room snacks and drinks being more than 18 months out of date, without much of an apology. My husband got a poorly stomach from the drink. One night we were woken and kept awake by noise overhead, despite complaints to reception it didn't stop. Checkout was minimal with no " did you have a nice stay", despite that I would stay again and request a different room.
